Built for chicken-fried steak, it's also excellent on fried chicken, pork chops, fried fish and crispy vegetables.

How to Use the Breading

Pat your protein dry (steak, chicken, pork or vegetables).

For chicken-fried steak: dip in an egg/buttermilk wash, then dredge in the breading for full coverage.

Method: Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain and serve hot.

Pro Tip: A double dip — wash, breading, wash again, breading — gives an extra-thick, craggy crust.
