How to Inject Poultry
Mixing: Start with 1/3 cup injection to 1 cup of water (or the liquid of your choice) and adjust from there. Add more liquid for a thinner consistency.
Method: Inject evenly throughout the breast and thighs in a grid pattern before cooking. Follow with your favourite Meat Church poultry rub on the skin for flavour inside and out.
Pro Tip: Inject in multiple spots for even moisture distribution throughout the bird.
