Warranty & Part Requests


For all furniture and product warranty, please take pictures of the warranty in question and email it to your local Wicker Land Patio location.  It is good practice to have images of the warranty question or issue, as well as images of any other pertinent information.

For example, if you have a rip in a cushion, and need a replacement, a picture of the rip or tear close up, a picture of the rip or tear from a distance for scope, and a picture so we can see what furniture line and item it is, and what year it was from.  

Warranty for the following products lines is handled through the brands website, to allow for better customer service for the consumer.  Weber Grills, Traeger Wood Fired Grills, Big Green Egg, Yeti Coolers and Drink ware, Saber Grills.

Warranty does not cover labour costs.


We are able to supply parts for some of the brands that we retail, but cannot supply parts for brands that are not available through our stores. 

Please email us with a detailed description of the parts needed, as well as pictures of the part, furniture item, grill or umbrella.  Please include your personal information and when you purchased the product from us. 

Most part orders can be done very quickly, but please allow 4-6 weeks as we deal directly with the manufacturer to determine a warranty solution or part pricing. Part pricing does not include freight, and any labour costs that may be associated with repair.

Parts cost does not cover any associated labour costs.
