How to Use the Breading
Pat your protein dry (steak, chicken, pork or vegetables).
For chicken-fried steak: dip in an egg/buttermilk wash, then dredge in the breading for full coverage.
Method: Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain and serve hot.
Pro Tip: A double dip — wash, breading, wash again, breading — gives an extra-thick, craggy crust.
