Meat Church Texas Chili
Ground beef (or brisket / venison), onions, garlic, adobo peppers
About 85 oz tomatoes and sauce, beef broth (or a beer)
5 Tbsp Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning (use 3–4 Tbsp for mild, more for spicier)
Method: Brown the meat with onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes, broth and Texas Chili Seasoning and mix thoroughly. Simmer 6–8 hours in a slow cooker on low, or on a smoker at 225–250°F (uncovered for the first few hours, then covered), stirring periodically. Add beans of your choice if desired — just reduce the meat by about 1 lb. Cool slightly, garnish, and enjoy.
Pro Tip: Traditional Texas Red Chili skips the beans, but this seasoning works either way.
Ingredients: Chili Pepper, Spices, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, and Silicon dioxide.
Dietary: Gluten Free. No MSG.
Size: 8 oz bag
