High-density polyethylene (HDPE) frames are covered for 25 years in residential settings and 5 years for commercial use. Within these durations, products won't splinter, crack, or sustain structural damage. Stainless steel hardware, swivel components, and gliding mechanisms are warrantied for 5 years for residential and 3 years for commercial use. Sunbrella fabric has a 5-year limited warranty for upholstery and specialty fabrics, excluding regular wear and tear on cushions, headrests, lumbar, and throw pillows. Cushions are covered for 1 year. The warranty does not cover color fade from sun exposure, variations in replacement pieces, damages from acts of God, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized repairs. Some expansion and contraction of the products might occur due to changes in temperature and humidity. Pressure washing is discouraged as it can damage the material and affect the product's longevity.

Now that we are in the Okanagan Valley we definitely wanted a pair with side table and cushions to enjoy the view from our terrasse. So we went to Wicker Land Patio to look at them again. What a great place and so welcoming staff. We looked at options and colors. Staff is very knowledgeable and takes time to help you understand options and looks for what you want. We could not be more pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend the chairs and store. We got the chairs assembled so they had to be delivered. Again here, the delivery people took time to install everything exactly as we wanted. Very professional.
