How to Inject Pork
Mixing: Start with 1/3 cup injection to 1 cup of water (or the liquid of your choice). Add more liquid for a thinner consistency.
Method: Inject a pork butt evenly in a grid pattern before applying your rub. Pair with a sweet Meat Church pork rub like Honey Hog on the outside for layered flavour.
Pro Tip: Inject pork the night before and let it rest in the fridge so the flavour penetrates fully.
