Series: Platinum Gas — 500 Series
Function: Dual-layer stainless-steel deflector; reduces clearance needed above the heater (Bromic states top clearance can be reduced to about 14") and absorbs heat that would otherwise escape upward
When recommended: Low-clearance installs or when the heater is more exposed to the elements (per Bromic gas heater guidance)
