Dianne Schiewe The lanterns are sturdy and cast beautiful patterned light. The rechargeable candles only last for three days or so. I have four lanterns so keeping them charged is burdensome. I ordered battery operated candles that use C batteries and are supposed to last 500 hours. But I still love the lanterns.
