Care – All-Weather Resin Wicker: Crafted from premium quality resin, handwoven over reinforced, rust-resistant aluminum frames and lab tested for fade, sag, and mildew resistance, this all-weather resin is virtually maintenance-free. Clean with a mild soap and water solution and rinse thoroughly. Do not store furniture upside down, as water may accumulate in the frame and cause damage in freezing weather. To extend the life of your furniture, store indoors during months of non-use.
Warranty – Frame: Erwin & Sons all-weather resin furnishings are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase on the aluminum frame, and 3 years on the resin weave, webbed seat supports, swivel bases, and gliding mechanisms. Frame damage due to water exposure in freezing temperatures is not covered.
If an item fails under the above terms, the manufacturer will repair, replace, or credit that item. Warranties apply to the original owner only and require a dated receipt and photographs.
