Pick Up, Delivery & Shipping
Product Pick Up
All store pick up of items require 24 hours notice and must be arranged with the store prior to pickup.
Customer is responsible for all tie downs and barbecue or furniture protection. Furniture or assembled Barbecues are not in any packaging upon pick up. Customer assumes responsibility for all damage to purchase after pick up. Customer is responsible for the security of their products. Our staff will be more than happy to help you load your vehicle. We are able to provide materials to put between items to prevent rubbing.
In Store Delivery
We offer a "full service" delivery service for our products in the cities we serve and the surrounding area for a small charge.
Our full service includes putting furniture and other products where they need to go as well as the removal of garbage and packing material.
Please make arrangements in store at time of purchase for delivery and we can get your new grill, umbrella or furniture to your home. Delivery charges and assembly charges may apply. Please contact us for additional details.
At the moment we can only ship within Canada.
For international orders please contact the store directly.
Smaller items will ship with Canada Post. Rates are quoted during online checkout. If purchased over the phone, we will have to get a estimated freight quote, or we can walk you through a online sale. The rates are direct from Canada Post and reflect the shipping information entered during checkout. Where possible we will ship to the address given. Otherwise you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements.
Larger items will ship with a freight carrier and will be quoted after orders are confirmed. Orders will ship to the closest shipping depot or drop off point to the provided address. Home delivery may be available at an additional charge. All freight will be quoted and confirmed before orders are shipped.
Depots and Drop off points are determined by Wicker Land Patio and its carriers. You will be contacted with pickup location once your order is ready to ship.
All orders must be picked up at the freight depot within 2 business days of notification that your shipment has arrived. Failing to do so will result in additional storage fees.
To ship to a residential address, we first need to know the exact furniture or items that we are shipping, and can then get you a accurate freight quote. Generally, a freight company that is not a courier, will offer "curbside" service. Residential freight will ship your order directly to your provided address. Customer will be responsible for all garbage, unwrapping of product and assembly if required.
This service is not available in all areas.
Freight is to be determined by Wicker Land Patio and may be changed or discontinued without notice.
In some circumstances, beyond charges may apply by freight companies. Before shipping Wicker Land Patio will notify its customers for acceptance of any additional charges.
All freight quotes are pre-tax.
Please contact your local Wicker Land Patio location to get estimated time of arrival for delivery and freight. E.T.A. are always estimated, and while we strive to be as accurate as possible, we can never guarantee a freight or delivery time.
Freight and transport time frames once the order the order has left Wicker Land Patio, cannot be guaranteed. We always do our best to shop with the most effective and efficient carrier for your convenience.
Any damaged freight must be noted by the customer at the time of delivery or pick-up in order to ensure a proper claim can be made. If damage is noticed, please take pictures of cartons and damage before and during unwrapping. If there is damage, please send images and information to your local Wicker Land Patio location so everyone has a email copy of the instance.
All claims and damages must be reported to Wicker Land Patio within 24 hours of receiving shipment.
