I just picked up my BGE a week ago and after 1 long cook, due to weather, am very happy with my it. There are a variety of cooks you can do on the egg. You can smoke, sear, low and slow as well as bake, excited to get started. I bought the egg with a kit and went back a few days later to get the pizza stone and peel. It was nice to cook on a charcoal grill again after many years of gas bbq's. The egg is great however, you will need to get some of the accessories to make your experience better. The staff at Wicker Land Kelowna were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you 😊 👍.
